Hi, I’m Kisha—fractional executive, digital strategist, and unapologetic explorer of places and possibilities.

I’ve spent the last 20+ years helping organizations figure out how to engage their people, tell better stories, and lead through change. My work has taken me from Fortune 1000 boardrooms to nonprofit strategy sessions, from designing global digital workplace solutions to teaching English in Spain, and from creating employee engagement programs for 15,000+ people to launching niche storytelling communities that change how leaders show up for their teams.

What Motivates Me

I’m driven by curiosity—about people, culture, systems, and ideas. I’ve lived abroad, worked remotely across time zones, and I believe deeply that work doesn’t have to feel like a grind to get big results. It can be creative, connected, and even joyful.

I’ve built programs that boosted leadership confidence, improved employee sentiment scores, and even secured millions in funding through the power of storytelling.

  • I live what I teach. I value independence, cultural immersion, and meaningful work. That means I bring a global, fresh perspective to my clients - one that blends best practices with real-world adaptability (and yes, a little creative edge).

Why I Do This

Because I know what it’s like to be in a work environment that feels disconnected, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when leaders show up authentically, communicate clearly, and create cultures where people actually want to do their best work.

And when I’m not helping leaders and teams do exactly that? You’ll probably find me exploring a new city, trying a new recipe, or getting lost (in the best way) in a local market… because great stories don’t just happen in boardrooms.
