The GoalTenders Monthly Goal-Setting method combines the same practices that the 8% use to consistently achieve big goals, along with elements of visioning, storytelling and agile project management.

It’s suitable for both individual and team or organizational goal-setting.


Here’s how it works:

Each month, you’ll go through a 3-step exercise that includes:

  • Dreams & Vision - Name your biggest, boldest ideas and wishes for yourself or your team. What imagery represents those dreams?

  • Story - Craft a story that centers you as both the hero and the writer.

  • Goals - Create a focused list of monthly goals that align with your dream and your story.



Throughout the month:

You’ll have multiple Accountability Check-Ins with yourself, the members of your team or a GoalTenders Circle of other goal-oriented individuals.



At the end of each month:

You’ll take some time for reflection and make some notes on what you learned, including what worked well and what didn’t in the past month.
