This module guides PMs through the creation of a strategic vision, goals and project strategy using a story-based framework.

A learning path that helps PMs create storytelling moments to establish a team culture build trust, respect and understanding.

This module helps PMs skillfully navigate the never-ending cycle of organizational change by focusing on growth, remaining flexible & adhering to high-quality work practices

This module helps PMs and other change leaders discover their leadership style and plot their path to the next level of leadership. 

Module 2 - The PM as Master Teacher

This module helps PMs and other change leaders demonstrate their strategic storytelling mastery & replicate their storytelling skills by teaching or coaching others.
